Welcome to Digital Divyastra! Our goal is to provide transparent and secure purchase and payment processes for our digital marketing services. Please review the following policy to understand the terms related to purchases and payments on our website.

Purchasing Our Services

  1. Service Selection
    Clients can browse and select from the various digital marketing services offered on our website, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and more.
    • For custom service packages, clients may contact us directly via email or phone to receive a personalized proposal based on their business needs.
    • Prices for standard services will be listed on the service page. For custom services, the pricing will be shared during the consultation process.
  2. Service Agreement
    Before making a purchase, clients will be required to review and agree to the terms of the service agreement that outlines the scope of services, timelines, and other relevant terms.
  3. Order Confirmation
    Once a purchase is made, the client will receive an order confirmation via email, including details of the service, expected timelines, and payment receipt.

Payment Terms

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure ease and flexibility for our clients:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
    • Bank Transfers: Clients can make payments via direct bank transfers. Our banking details will be shared upon request.
    • Digital Wallets: We support payments through popular digital wallets like PayPal, Google Pay, and others.
    • UPI Payments: For clients in India, UPI payments through platforms like Google Pay and PhonePe are accepted.
  2. Payment Schedule
    • One-Time Services: For one-time projects like website development, content creation, or digital strategy consultations, full payment is required upfront or as per the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement.
    • Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services like SEO, Social Media Management, and PPC Campaigns, payments are typically due on a monthly basis. Invoices will be sent to the client at the start of each billing cycle.
  3. Installment Payments
    • For high-value services or custom packages, we may offer flexible installment payment options. The installment terms will be specified in the service agreement and must be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
    • If a client defaults on an installment payment, services may be paused until the payment is completed.
  4. Currency
    • All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) for clients based in India. International clients will have the option to pay in USD or their local currency, subject to currency conversion rates.

Invoice & Billing

  1. Invoicing
    An invoice will be generated and sent to the client’s registered email address upon successful purchase of any service. The invoice will include a breakdown of the service charges, applicable taxes, and payment instructions.
  2. Billing Disputes
    • If a client believes there has been an error in billing, they should notify us in writing at Mail@digitaldivyastra.com within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
    • We will investigate all billing disputes and respond within 5 business days. If a billing error is confirmed, an appropriate refund or credit will be issued to the client’s account.

Late Payments & Penalties

  1. Late Payments
    • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.
    • In case of continued non-payment, Digital Divyastra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until full payment is received.
  2. Service Suspension
    • Failure to make payments in a timely manner will result in the suspension of ongoing services, and no additional work will be completed until the outstanding balance is cleared.
    • Any suspension of services may lead to delays in project timelines, for which Digital Divyastra will not be held responsible.

Security & Privacy

  1. Payment Security
    • Digital Divyastra ensures that all payment transactions are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your payment details.
    • We do not store any credit card or bank information on our servers. All transactions are handled through trusted third-party payment gateways.
