Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by Clients
- Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice to our support team at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- For services involving fixed-term contracts, early cancellations are subject to a termination fee, which will be communicated at the time of cancellation based on the remaining contract period.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO)
- Once a campaign has been set up and launched, cancellation is not possible for that billing cycle. However, campaigns can be paused, and no further charges will occur in the following billing cycle.
- For SEO and content marketing services, work that has already been executed will be billed, and no refund will be provided for services delivered up to the cancellation date.
Refund Policy
- Service Fees
- Refunds will not be provided for services already delivered. This includes digital marketing campaigns, SEO services, social media management, content creation, and any other completed work.
- In case of prepaid services, refunds for unused services may be requested within 14 days of payment. However, if work has commenced, a prorated amount will be refunded, deducting the cost of services already rendered.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees for Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and other campaign platforms are non-refundable once the account setup has been completed.
- Custom development, design, and consultation fees are also non-refundable once the initial phase of the project is initiated.
- Refund Request Process
- Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to support@digitaldivyastra.com within 30 days of the service purchase.
- All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and decisions will be communicated within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where terms of service have been violated, including but not limited to misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or non-cooperation during service delivery.
